Correlation =/= Causation.

The reason diablo 3 was so watered down is because the casual playerbase kept begging for more spoonfeeding.

1.0.1 and 1.0.2 were actually semi-challenging to clear inferno A4.

1.0.3 itemization rework is where powercreep first started.

Removal of RMAH was the death of the game.

Outside game breaking bugs, shit that shoulda been hashed out during qa the whole start to d3 was terrible, their whole balancing was crap after ah was closed and removal of trades game became a joke and died i agree but what they royally fucked up was in the uniq department early and late into the game, they went from uniques being pure shit to bis, the game has been a joke from the start,

Instead of listening to people and improving on what d2 was good at, public channels, a list of games to join, gold was a terrible currency in d3 they shoulda made crafting better and had a poe barter system where currency is the crafting mats which will always flow out the game vs gold just stacking,]

Ever since the beta the way the game felt forced on the pc it felt more of a fun grindy game like, dauntes inferno where you go kill someshit for a while do some quests and put it down return later, just felt better playing on the couch rather then on pc

If you think Diablo 3 was easy mode from the start you must've missed prior to 1.0.3 when a very small percent of the player base could actually farm inferno act 3.

10k DPS sword and board barbs were practically the only characters that could easily push endgame content.

Every game has BiS items.

The term literally just means they're the best of the available items.

Is PoE shit because of Skyforths, Headhunters, and shit like Kaom's?

Early on the game was a matter of balancing because people complained when they couldn't find their TFs and SoHs.

The game wasn't even that imbalanced, people just hated relying on RNG.

Glasscannon 200k DPS SS DHs managed to faceroll content only if they knew how to strafe properly.

From what I remember monks and wizards were sub par early on, but I never rolled one so I can't attest personally.

I'm pretty pissed that my support packs went towards development of a console version of the game that I have no interest in. GGG misled players into what was being supported by their money. I would not have bought as expensive of packs as I did, perhaps even two tiers lower. Surely that 400% improvement being boasted about would have been higher if the console port was ignored and just improvements were focused on.

Had GGG listed a seperate support pack for console development, I would see no problem with their decision although I think its extremely risky and probably a mistake.
