No. I clearly remember every topic I have "participated in," many even years later.

It also adds a lot of clutter.

Yeah, an on/off function is a must!

I'm not too picky about the icon style, as long as it's clear what it is.

the reason i voted yes is because i post a lot in General Chat and having the icon next to the threads i post in would help me to keep up with each conversation easier.
