My Heartbound is 100% perfect. It's the only one on Breach and (apparently) on Standard aswell (?)...

Not sure what you mean here... I have this perfect Heartbound in my stash that I can't set a price for because I believe it's somewhat a collector's item... If not well I'm pretty sure I should sell it for more than 1 chrome anyway?
I mean obviously I'd rather keep this instead of selling it to such a pointless offer. I'm sure you all would, too right?

This is the range you have to work with. The implicit doesn't matter because you can just bless it.

So your "perfect" heartbound loop has 2 mostly meaningless stats people don't care much about. At most you'll get 1c from some idiot.

I don't sell items for 1c. It just isn't worth the time.

Well I mean...you're "collecting offers" for a heartbound. This isn't a near mirror item or a questionable value item. It's a heartbound loop.

He offers 1 chrome, you tell him 1c. He either says yes or no and you're done. (or you vendor it cause it's a 1c item)

Someone out there might have a build that includes a Heartbound and he may want to spend more than 1c for the only one that's ever been seen on poe.trade. I've sold shittier uniques with perfect rolls for more than that in the past, on Standard.

However this isn't the point. Like I previously said, this isn't about the item. If he wanted a freaking Heartbound Loop he would've bought the ones that are for sale for 1 chrome to 1 chance orb.
But no. He looked for these specific stats and found only one without a buyout, then proceeded to give me shit and tell me to go fuck myself because I wouldn't take the chrome...
