I am an Acadian, a superbreed of gritty people, with ancestors of Normandy, of Vikings and Frenchmen, our French is preserved, we do not talk like France or Quebec, we talk our French with large amounts of Anglicisms, we talk our French the way Americans talk their English, compared to England, we do not fancy our accent, we are of true grit, we still exist. Our flag is the flag of France with a yellow Star on the top Blue, We are the Chosen People, as we are born under a Star.

Giving up? I wasn't in France in WWII, I wasn't even born, but my ancestors, grandparents, were in North America, we refused to sign a pledge of allegiance to the Queen, because she was Anglican, we're hardcore Catholics, giving up? When? We fought against the English, heavily outnumbered with the Indians.

We're the reason, us Normands, why you speak so called "English", so respect.
