Fixing bugs takes time, and finding the errors to begin with can take a lot of man-hours, especially if the person doing the fixing isn't the person who wrote the code to begin with and hasn't worked on it before.
Changing small bits of code has unintended consequences that ensure people like you never have to stop bitching.
Take auras. The aura stack method came after a change to the way trade screens work. Fixing the aura stack method the first time opened up a second aura stack method. Fixing the aura stack a second time opened a third aura stack method. Fixing it the third time allowed the last public dupe method and hybrid method to work.
It was also possible for a while to repeat quests, like radament or Anya and get the rewards again and again. This was accidentally fixed in 1.11

But who then added the Essenses in 2013 and the possibillity to respect Stats/Skills when the original team who made Diablo 2 didnt worked anymore?
Also who made those Mods Like Eastern sun , ect... why the original Diablo 2 cant be made like this mods aswell and ppl to play on Battle net?
