you wont ragrat. I went through it all on a 12 hour plane ride
He also has a youtube series on his channel which covers the main chapters in 6 or so videos, but to less detail
I may get to the videos first, but I can bump the program ahead in my reading schedule just b/c most of my reading is listening (audiobooks), and I can squeeze audiobooks into almost everything I do. I need to print out the pdf though. I get squirrely if I read from a screen for too long.

So I learned something new yesterday..
I'm in class with a girl that has a 525 wilks.. I'm now listening to everything she says
She basically told me to trash the 2.0 method and buy his new book, A thoughtful pursuit of Strength.. He completely reworked his workouts..
So I'm going to finish this week up acting like a deload and restart hard next week..
Today, I finished up some light paused squats just to have time under tension.. 135 2x5 paused for 30 seconds in the bottom.. Felt pretty awesome, than finished up with a quick 2x10 @ 225.
took it easy today, forgot my gym bag so I didn't have my shoes =(.. Spent the last half hour at the gym following Omar Isuf's video on ankle mobility and just doing stretches.
I will work my ankles to the point to where I can do overhead squats and a proper snatch... Even if its the last fucking thing I do, I will have that range of flexibility.
Ankle flexibility is a bastard. I have absolute crap wrist and ankle flexibility. My left ankle is brutal, just because I had a partial tear in my achilles (rugby training) and then I tore two ligaments in it (basketball training).
One technique I use to get lower on squats is to turn my feet out. I try not to turn them out too far, but I probably get away with poking them out of proper range now and then. I do this more to compensate for the ankles than my hips, but I've had hip injuries too.
If you want the best squat technique ever, never play sports or lift weights
