Guess i was wrong about the diner food as we know that his dad needed experience from all around the world to make stuff that good
I'm just going to assume he wasn't that good then but needed a nice moment with erina to get the story rolling, or she was super surprised to eat something a bit like joichiro's but not really
I liked all the food judgeing but think it took a bit too much preference over any learning/cooking. I don't remember him being taught anything new before the Stagiaire, seemed to have to power through with what he already knew. They mention there's a load of lectures etc around the actually cooking but we never see anyone attending any, a montage or something would have been nice. Then with the curry they spend 3 minutes showing both group cooking then like 4 episodes for the judging, I know it deserves more time but the ratio felt a bit off.
Anyway not complaining great show

I feel the same way about it, but so far, I can't complain too much.
I still can't get used to those moments when someone tries amazing cooking. Their clothes poofing and all.
That gets really unpredictable sometimes, and with the possibility of someone walking on during that, and having to explain that.
/e They started a bit more on Soma's Character development, and other characters again I've began to notice. That was nice.
