Doesn't that mean he is better than everyone involved with the school from the start?

^OK answered my own question

1)She hadn't eaten anything like that before. Seems unlikely for a basic egg/rice dish with her experience
2)He is the best cook. Shown not to be case when he draws with 7th seat not doing his specialty,then rival, then looses to Erina at prepairing 50 meals the fastest
3)His cooking is better than everyone else's but only she can tell, unlikely as it makes the judging for the rest of the show pretty redundant


Actually this does get answereded a bit, his dad only taught him to make diner food so while he might be the best in some areas he is lacking in many others
But she knew his father from the past so she should be used to his cooking, I guess his dad can make everything and just didn't make anything like that for her. I'll just keep watching

wasn't asking for more fan service but it would be good to know the mc was straight at least/might be appreciating some of stuff going on around him, i'm at the end of s1 hopefully it changes

i admit it's better than him going red and screaming ever time something happens but some reaction to anything would be nice


anyway fed up with so many anime where the mc doesn't get anywhere with anyone, you'd think it would be different with ecchi shows but it generally isn't, and this one he doesn't even have any interest!
