NEO is supposed to be much more powerful then the PS4 as well. I think this is essentially a new gen but they don't want to make it seem like next gen because it might alienate some people with it coming so soon. I'm willing to bet that the project scorpio will end up just being the "Xbox"

I forgot who said it but Scorpio is in a better place because the length of time between the xbox one and Scorpio will roughly be the same as xbox to 360. Scorpio will undoubtedly be recieved on the market better.
