Personally I don't need it, I just right click on a pm and open in a new tab on Firefox, so I wouldn't use it.
However it could be useful and a good thing for some people so why not.
Even if I'm not going to use it I voted yes though.

valid point, I guess I will start doing that in lack of this option. Still wouldn't hurt to have an actual feature for it instead of opening an extra tab like that.

j/k, I answer any pm aswell except the spam, but sometimes I'm on limited time and will only attend to the more "urgent" messages and attend to the others when I am less busy.
