Voluntaryism is a philosophy according to which all forms of human association should be voluntary as far as possible.

I advocate people be allowed to freely live their lives how they see fit.
Aside from not aggressing against other persons/property their legal responsibilities dont exist beyond whatever they may agree to with other people, and their other moral responsibilities are subjective and personal.

...which is exactly what we are doing now , it's called voting .

How long do you think a nation of 330 million people would survive if everyone got to pick and choose what laws they follow , if commerce was not regulated , if the safety of our food and water supplies were not monitored , if companies were free to pollute our air to their hearts desire , if our borders were not secure , if there were no organizations to respond to major disasters , if heroin dealers were allowed to sell their poison without fear of legal consequences , if the banks were allowed to legally fleece every customer who wants to buy a house , if pandemics were allowed to spread out of control and the list goes on and on ?
