I've used SLI on GW2 and it ran worse but that was back when GW2 was newer, it's mostly CPU intensive so any decent card with an i5 or similar will run it well. I use an R9 280X. I think those have dipped down in price lately.

As mentioned it runs fine on a 10 dollar E8400 Dual core processor, so i think just about anything more modern than that is adequate. Dont necessarily need an i5.
