question about fk vs phase
if phase is -30 and fk is -20
why does phase need 70ias = total of -100
and fk needs 75ias = total of 95ias
-95 = fury wolf 4th frame then right?

Phase only needs 65% over the base (fk 75%) but the only way to accomplish that number is to get a 30% ias phase and then put a shael and 40/15 in it. A 40 ias phase is best served by using two 40/15as, so you'll have 70%.

It's definitely an obstacle to overcome. Defense is the real problem, though, not interruptability. They should have beefed up werebear defense and also allowed werebear to synergize werewolf with defense.

Grief pb or god pb is best for pub

Yes. Grief is pretty good, but there are circumstances where a high end fools phase would work better. Grief of Doom is terrible except vs. low defense by the way. No eth rune. It does make a significant difference.

Rule of thumb on this =

Grief vs low defense when you need to wear a shield. BvC counts here.

Fools vs anything with a shield and high defense, except smiters. So use fools vs zeal, BvA, BvB.

Etomb is best vs most other stuff.

Botd GPA vs smiters (wear ber'd shaft with Cerebus' or CoA with Verdungoes and Fort of Chains if the smiter seems to have lower defense)
