i did this they said no and i eventually got ahold of a co from blizzard and got unlocked and moved free of charge thanks for your support

and blizz customer support does suck tbh[but their ingame support is nice]. i wanted a refund on something and they said no my nerd ass read the ToS and told the bank and they got it back for me

Because they are going to take the time to go through logs every time someone bitches about this? Get real. They just say "no, it's our policy" and that works 90% of the time...

Blizzard is a business and like any other business they will do what they can to keep their income. You as a customer walking away after a simple "No" is childish. Blizzard tried to deny my refund on Hots founders $40 after I had it for 2 weeks. Blah blah blah we cant do this, Blah blah blah no, Blah blah blah sorry.. Let me talk to you manager.. Well since your a long customer we'll do this one time refund. The End
