I don't oppose it for that reason. I think that infrequent loss of human life isn't a big concern.

i don't see why people see the death as a penalty if i was in prison i would see the death penalty as a reward(depends on how it would be acted out) prison is the jungle you literally have to go back to your primitive being to survive. even if you so much as look at someone they will think its a challenge and will probably beat the shit out of you for it.

It is enough for me. The criminal justice system is so critically flawed...there are just too many false positives for crime.

If some sicko murders a child after raping the poor child. I would think the fucker deserves death.
