So if there aren't any healing potions do you only recover health back only when wait in town?

use fish or throw crap item into the shrine to get health and mana back

or swap to regen items to make sitting in town shorter

In return a minimum of 20% of your life and mana will be returned to you for the sacrifice of your item. The better the item, the more healing that will be bestowed upon you.

Maybe instead of "I also need all kind of life potions with over 1k life no matter level req." I should say "I also need all kind of fish with life with 500-1000 life no matter level req." or those ones don't exist either?

Not really on hardcore. You can find fish with 100-300 life per fish

Probably your best bet is with this guy.
