You know what the best way to lose weight is? Putting on muscle. You know what's really hard to do without weights? You guessed it.

And road work for a larger guy is absolutely terrible for your knees.

brutal. we had snow most recently sunday morning but nothing since thank god.

I run/jog in the winter about once a week (or every other week), tarred roads are treated and as long as the sun is out it's almost no different than running in the spring/fall/summer. Just gotta pick a day where it's sunny and like at least 25*f or 30*F or fuck that (if it's any colder) lol

I never lift weights, resistant bands (TB12 style) >

I didn't think of that (Bold). that's probably true, I've never weighed more than 160 my whole life so I wouldn't know lol.

Never cared for bands. We rarely had to use them for football, so I just became accustomed to using weights, bars and machines for building muscle. I like the way it feels and the callouses that form over time.
