Not a terrible episode of TWD, still don't see why they went this direction. If you're going to make a major deviation from the comics, give me some faith that it was a good decision.

Pretty sure Chandler is going to college or something and unable to juggle both parts.

Opposite actually. Chandler committed to the show. He bought a house in Atlanta and told them he wanted to make the show his priority and after he did that, they dropped this on him.
