Well they are. Their search warrant wasn't valid in the county the procedures took place in. They committed an illegal act and therefore are, by fucking definition, criminals.

e/ also I'm pretty sure that warrant shouldn't cover colonoscopies. Rectal cavity search sure... but colonoscopy? no.

No, prostitution is consensual and is bad. If this guy actually WANTED to get poked in the ass for money then the entire thing would be vigorously condemned. But since it happened against his will, Jesus is cool with it.

Another question is where does the money from the settlement come from?
