in terms of power it's definitely the U.S.
like 18 out of 20 of the world's best universities are in the U.S as well

morally all countries are at least somewhat reprehensible (apart from perhaps Liechtenstein or something)

i'd not like to live in the U.S. though, nor anywhere else that doesn't border the Baltic sea :P
