...yes it does and geneticists have already issued a warning that if Quebec does not immediately find a new influx of unrelated citizens the gene pool will be too corrupt to reproduce . One scientist actually suggested that Quebec and Newfoundland enact a population swap of at least 100,000 citizens and that any marriage within families be prohibited by law for at least 100 years . This is intended to expand the gene pool of both regions .
