The Israeli army, on a tactical level, could go toe to toe with the US army. ISIS potentially having a couple hundred thousand fighters isn't going to matter any more than Saddam's "4th largest army in the world" mattered for him. Skinned, I'd expect you to understand that.
Israel has all the control they need, not getting the "last shot" is a strategic reality. For every Israeli action, they know a Palestinian reaction is bound to occur. Try asking the Israeli posters of the forum their concerns over ISIS.
