There's already been a case where a father killed someone for molesting their child. In both of these cases, no charges were pressed against the father. At least when they beat them to death, the taxpayers aren't burdened with supporting them in prison, paying legal fees, their attorneys fees, appeals, etc.

I think beating is justified. How ever if he killed the man that would display that the man needs to be punished for lack of self control pretty obvious. Perhaps a lesser sentence I'd say Second-degree murder or probably Involuntary manslaughter.

Some people disagree by saying:

Which I could agree to an extent, but the father trusted him. Not every father is perfect and not everyone is trustworthy.

What do you all think about the Father? Hero or Out of Control?
