upgrading from 1x 900 monitor to 2x 1080 monitors. i plan on streaming, games maxed; fallout nv, raiderz, civ 5, cs:go, league, maplestory, etc.

specs are below, 500w psu not in picture. trying to spend the minimum to comfortably do the above. what do i need?

The upgrade to a larger resolution will affect your graphical performance (lower fps). Having a second monitor will not hinder performance if only used to view your stream, watching videos etc.

A new gpu would be nice but not neccessary unless you are not happy with the graphical quality and fps.

A new computer.

i'm very okay with this if it comes to it. my grasp of computer components is tenuous at best, so that's why i'm here. i figured that going up a resolution, then adding a second monitor would take a new gpu, which would probably take a new mobo, which might put me into a new psu just like that.

i've had my computer hooked up to my tv to watch netflix or something, and it can affect performance in games like cs:s. i think a new gpu is where i'd like to be heading, i just wanted to gauge everyone's opinions on what i needed/how much to spend.

New GPU + dust out your computer case if you haven't done so already.

Odd. Ive never encountered any problems while on netflix or youtube.

A new gpu would be the best upgrade of you were to do so.

any budget, though all i'd like to do is streaming on maxed for the games on the op, so preferably just whatever is necessary for that.

psu is corsair cx500 500w (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027)

Doesnt seem like you play gpu demanding games. I suggest the gtx 770. Decent performance for the price. You wont need more than 3gb of vram.

If you want to spend a bit more, consider the r9 290x and 780 ti.

Finding an efficient program to broadcast your stream is important as well. Personnaly, i prefer OBS. Your upload internet speed is also imprortant.
