There's some difference like hypertension in African Americans, but as far as mental and physical capabilities that's entirely cultural. This subject has been researched to death and there's practically zero selection on physical and mental aptitude between the United States and Africa. The difference is miniscule like .001% higher survival rate which isn't enough to influence much of anything. But what's silly is that even though it's been studied into the ground people will still say Africans are dumber and better at basketball.

Some of the Middle East countries are very well off due to the ammount of natural resources under their disposal.
