Dont misunderstand me, this amulet is great. But to call it #1?

mininoob lol. do you even need 125 fcr on a nec? i remember there was big discussion and in the end 75 was enough because of mana problems

Here we go.

Best nec caster setup :

20 fcr circ
20 fcr amy
35 fcr spirit
30 fcr viper
10/24 belt
Fcr ring + Raven

= 125 fcr / 86 fhr

In other words, 20 fcr amy let you use frostburn (+fcr ring) over Magefist (+soj).

Best nec mele setup :

20 fcr circ
20 fcr amy
35 fcr spirit

= 75 fcr

and you're free to use frost + soj + 24 fhr belt/ mavina / string

I've been one of the few @euscnl that actually played mld nec. Those are the best possible setup.

You do need it vs casters, 1k+ mana is ok with 125 fcr

i have a mld nec and played quite a lot back then.

i would say a 20fc amu can come handy for some specific setups but wouldnt use it as an all around for sure. thats why i wouldnt call it #1

you don't really want 75 vs libby, 125 is superior.

btw you should use 30/10/life rep boots instead of alduurs. It saves alot of str, especially if you use -req jewel in shaft

btw best overall build (but inflexible as fuck^^) remains the following :

2/20/30 with 7 fhr/adds jewels
1/20 amy
White
Stealth in Demon Hide (50 str req)
Homu with -req/adds jewels
Magefist
10/24 belt
Fcr ring
Raven
30/10/life rep boots (50 str req)

125 fcr / 56 fhr bp

You had Res/%dr/mana issues but 55 bugged frw (25 stealth + 30 boots) with a 2 str/17 mana sc aka an insane desynch^^
