I don't find max block to be necessary with bo barb shout, bone armor, golem, and summons. I also still had around 22 block which is pretty good for 0 dex. Bone armor negates about 1000 physical damage and if you get hit you can just recast it. I think I used a juv on this character maybe 3 times.
