Bucholz is hurt..
Lmao @ Darvish overrated
On pace for 280+ Ks
Has 5+ Ks in like 29 straight starts which hasn't been done since 1900
Lololol

Maybe because he's close to having a winless month? His ERA for the past few weeks has been 2.93 with a record of 0-2.

Not impressive at all, not to mention even though he has a lot of strikes, his secondary pitches are absolutely weak, and get tore up most of the time.

Yu Darvish is definitely a nice pitcher, no doubt top 15 easily. But does he deserve ALSP? Hell no. Sale or Felix have always been dominant and consistent pitchers. Felix deserves it more imo.

http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=13074&position=P#pitchtype For more information on Darvish.

Also, let me point out statistically, its better for your team to have a pitcher with lower ERA than strike outs. He's ranked ninth in lowest ERA which is still impressive, but if you have a couple no decisions like Matt Harvey, who has a legitimate excuse, (Mets offense fucking blows monkey dick,) then you can't use that on Yu Darvish. Its him basically being unable to seal off key games even with a stronger offense, and slightly above average defense on the field.

Hahahahahha
I forgot wins for a pitcher mean anything.
2.93 era is terrible.
You don't even watch rangers game...they scored him like 3 runs in 5 starts this month (excluding yesterday)
This is beyond hysterical.

Lold even harder that darvish's secondary pitches are weak
Have you ever watched him pitch?

Didn't say he sucked. Just said he's overrated. 2.93 ERA is good, but you're telling me you'd rather have more K's than lower ERA? Yu Darvish has two nice primary pitches, but no secondary pitches to throw off a player. By the way, I guarantee any GM in the entire world wouldn't have given Darvish 5 50$ Million contract...

Yes I have, stop being a homer. His secondary pitches aren't on the level of Kershaw, or Harvey's.... Like I said no one in the world would've given Yu Darvish that 5 year contract.

And yet you're still a better team than the Marlins/Mets.

Not saying Yu Darvish isn't good. He's not. He's excellent. But he doesn't deserve the starting role, there are 3 pitchers that deserve it ahead of him.
