According to witness reports and video, it basically follows a back and forth mutually tussle where antifa instigators were trying to start trouble at the trump rally, then one of the blackclad antifa pepper sprayed a woman in the face while she was trying to calm down the trumpsters, and the pepper spray anti-trump guy was chased and beat by trumpsters before being detained and arrested by police.

It was definitely far from an easily visible one sided attack thanks to the brawling, but fortunately, even the white radical instigators color-code themselves for easy identification so its easy to tell what happened
