As for the problem about multiple invitiations presented above by Paparick, I think it should appear in the Guild Logs

Niko_O would receive a notification in his PM box or whatever location you decide, with a button to choose ''Accept'' or ''Decline.'' If he accepts, he is accepted straight in my Guild, and if he declines, the notification goes away and he stays guildless.

In the settings management page, there could be these options:
