The math is easy from the table really.

Do the following,

You have X % Life bonus

1) Check your BaseHP (total HP with ZERO % Life bonus)
2) Go to column 1, cross reference to find your Vit Equivalent value
3) Multiply that value with your X % Life bonus value

Example:

I have 44 % Life bonus

1) My BaseHP is 20,000
2) From column 1, BaseHP 20,000 will have Vit Equivalent of 5.71
3) Multiply 5.71 with 44 = 251.24
