You sold your cello? :o Why go 16GB instead of 8?

There is no noticeable difference between the 3, but 1600 Mhz has been shown to be the sweet spot.

Sigh... 140mm Radiator came today
I was stupid.. for not checking the dimensions and compare with my case spacing before making my purchase :bonk:

the radiator is aprox 4-5mm too wide, unable to fit inside my the case (140mm rear exhaust spot)
Unable to securely mount outside due to a slight curvature of case preventing me from aligning the screw holes
could only get 1 screw in

Sending it back for 120 rad

If you get tubing don't get Tygon, lately there's been problems with the plasticizers leeching into the coolant, also grab 1/2-3/4" tubing.

edit: nm just saw the top of the case. looks like theres no ventilation
if it doesnt align in the back holes, you could use a flat head screw so it can cover more surface area of the back of the case's metal screen, and you can hold the radiator in place that way.
just make sure the screw isnt too long otherwise you will pierce the radiator and void the warranty on them

assembled everything last night
didn't have an external power supply thingy i saw people use on youtube tutorials so I hooked it up to my other computer

I have been running the loop about 9 hours now
it appears 99% of air bubbles are gone
there is a small section of tubing aprox 2 inchs in length with tiny airbubbles trapped i can't seem to get rid
been tilting the case at various angles and tapping the tube no luck

is it alright to hook the power up or keep running the loop?
There as been no sign of any leakage
