The 64 version is on par with reference 1080 which is nothing to write home about, I'm sure the liquid cooled version could sway the difference a bit.

I think you will find that the MSRP of $399, will not turn out to be the retail price. It will go up, just as the 1070's did recently, due to the mining craze.
A few months ago the 1070's were selling at just around $400, with some on sale for down near $385.

Also, AMD has a record now of over-inflating benchmarks just pre-release.
