95/117.5 in 2013 after 4 months? Now 90/120 after 2 weeks

When you initiate the pull you fall forward and bend over, your hips are going up but your upper back is going down, rounding your back

You grab the bar, sit back, then roll forward as you start, as if you lost your balance. Try grab the bar, sitting back and pulling at the same time

Otherwise it was fast, smooth, good
