Installing On Firefox:
- Install Firefox ( http://www.getfirefox.com )
- USING Firefox, install greasemonkey ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/ )
- Restart Firefox, then while USING Firefox go to the userscript link ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/50720 ) and click install
*Note* if you see text on your page instead of a dialog box appearing then you either didn't install greasemonkey or it is disabled (make sure the monkey has color)


Installing On Safari:
- Install Safari ( http://www.apple.com/safari/download/ )
- USING Safari, install NinjaKit ( http://www.reddit.com/r/apple/comments/dd2sk/ninjakit_greasemonkey_for_safari/ )
__ - Click on "Download" -> click open. Should install on its own
- USING Safari, go to the userscript link ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/50720 ) and click install.
__ - Accept the script


Installing On Chrome:
- Install Chrome ( https://www.google.com/chrome )
- USING Chrome go to ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hgedgefiljjjkodpjodmnldkbeimdgam )
- Click "Add To Chrome"

What Is Bettor Status?
Because betting fg is not supported by D2JSP we needed a way to weed out welchers (someone who scams your fg) and people who could mediate bets. What this will do is show you who has welched (will be marked with red) and who you can trust.

So what does it do?
It will mark the status of the user under their avatar and information. For example, it will show under my name "Mediator" as I have volunteered to mediate bets for you.

I have re-written Bettor Status from the ground up. Here is a list of the major changes:

- Added the JQuery Javascript Library. This makes locating where things are supposed to go much much easier. I was even able to add logic to ignore posts where the content was flagged as inappropriate.

- The logic involving the way of storing the names is a lot faster using proper JavaScript objects rather then cycling through arrays over and over.

- Added a "User Preferences" which allows you to "disable" any sport you don't want to see and allows you to "separate" or "combine" the status based on how you prefer it.

- Everything has been moved off of Angelfire and onto a code.google.com project ( http://code.google.com/p/bettor-status-d2jsp/ ). This was done for a couple of reasons: we were violating Angelfire's terms of service by stripping out the ads, and with this setup we have more control over changes which will basically eliminate overwriting someone else's work.

- The names are cached for an hour before re-querying for an updated list. There isn't a need to get a brand new list every time you enter a thread. You can always flush your cache in the user preferences dialog if wanted/needed.

What do the different statuses mean?
Keep in mind these have NOTHING to do with your trading rank on JSP.
Mediator - These people are trusted and have volunteered to mediate your bets.
Trusted - These people are trusted to do bets with but don't want to med them.
Active - These are respected and active members of the sports betting forum. You can almost always trust these guys.
Welcher - These people have welched someone and have not paid them back, do not bet with them.
BLACKLISTED! - These people have welched several times - DO NOT BET WITH THEM EVER!
Welcher Paid Back - These people have welched, but paid it back
Unknown - These people have not been around long enough to earn an active tag. Use with caution and ask for a med if you do not feel comfortable.
