I would advise not doing this, as he is most likely going to receive your email, with your acct/pass. Not even a good attempt.

Yep, that guy is just trying to scam you. Neopets emails are NOT hotmail addresses nor are they yahoo addresses. But then again if you try something like that and fall for the scam you deserve it.

my friend self freezed becasue he thought he wanted to quit, now he wants to start again

I would just like to state, that i have had my account, pokemon2000gold which was banned for scamming (which i didn't do someone hacked me and did it) unfrozen after 2 years of the account being frozen, i still had all my items as they were

i think :/ but anyway basically you can be unfrozen. Oh and i even did well out of the deal, i'd collected meowclops and christmas paint brushes before they got expensive.
