Yes. And you might have to have even higher to buy from bighat not 100% sure though.

The character I did my complete run on was a Deprived class. He ended up getting about 60% of the achievements for me. He had maxed out bastards swords of every path and all spells besides a few miracles... I miss him

I only have the one character. He's a tank. He wears full Havels set with Havel Shield and a +15 Demons Greataxe. He hits for 600-700dmg and it will only go up because it scales with Str.

Assuming you have havels shield you have more than 50 str. Stats have diminishing returns after 40 making any more points into it essentially useless. Really though since it's PvE it doesn't matter much.

After 40 str it will have almost no return on str. Get Demon Great Machete. +15 that bitch, then boom. Also Fuck full havels, fast roll man >

Should I put points into something else? My plan was just to keep dumping points into Str and Vit?

Basically once you hit 40 you move onto something else. I would stop pumping STR.

Any Ultra Greatsword moveset will wreck a normal playthough.
