Some small errors though, jah and 40/10min as an option, really? Doesn't Ed min get bugged?
Bugtals, rare/craft amu/belt/boots/aldurs, shako (unless mana pots are not allowed), faith diamond/shadow? You got a bunch of sockets to get your ias, all these shouldn't even be an option. A rare circ however could be a part. Also cb gloves since 3ll 10cb 20 life automod. +2 bow gloves are nice too, does +2psv raise even 1%?
Max Ed% on rare weapon is 450 btw. Wisp for abs% and oak is nice.

ofc of u find urself needing rep, get that. In order of importance 9min>20 str>15dex>40 life, but this is obvious however 9 min = ~60 life worth at least

titans + double upped swordback (ber) or rare matri/Hyperion/winged/Stygian with 30+ias and JMOD ber/120ed/18dex/-15req or -30req 9 dex if u don't want to spend 5 str

ed/min is not bugged, ed/max is
jah in armor gives 5% to max life, with 2k life thats 100life, so yeah i think thats a good option if you dont need the ias
what u need +2 bow gloves for? 2 points in ga is like 40dmg, 2 points in multi to help u reach max multi arrows? id rather get 2 in crit strike, avoid, evade, dodge, penetrate to help me reach my %'s
if that ring is even possible it would be nice, but 9rep would be more desired. i think 60 life > 9min. if you work it out 9min will add like what...100-150min dmg max. after 1/6th penalty, 50%dr, possible crit strike, its not worth 60 life.
kb is much better than cb imo, and cb is highly nerf;d for ranged attacks.
08hlords is godly yes i shulda put that in there for the 1-3 people on jsp that might own one
and i wasnt sure what max dmg on rare javs is, ill have to edit that on next revision.

40 Ed jewel is worth 120 life to me since it's equal to 40 dex.
Didn't know Ed/min works accurate then that's best socket for the leftover sockets, but there are none

+ 2 bow gives 10% Ed and saving 2 skill point in ms,, like I said does +2 even give 1%? +bow is underestimated..

Kb>cb but since u mentioned rare gloves cb should too, the automods are 5-10 cb 1-3ll and 10-20 life and u still have chance for the same things u look for on a rare (skill,ias,str,dex)

Blood ring base 1-3ll 1-5str 10-20 life then choose 4 affixes/suffixes (40 life, 9 min, 9 repl, 20 str, 15dex) That ring is possible.

9 min after all the Ed% gives around 82 min dmg, equal to 15,3x dexterity, sorry I was mistaken only 45 life worth. With fort/120 helm u get even more out of it.

40ed is not equal to 120life because the damage it does will not equal 120 dmg after dr/pvp-penalty

2bow give u like 20-30 total dmg on GA and yes saves u 2 skills in ms, 2 to passive saves u 2 skills in dodge, evade, avoid, critical, penetrate, etc
