A little update on how I look now:

I decided to go back to being natty and sprint competitively in my spare time. Making great gains nonetheless. Us dwarves (I'm 5'5") aren't great at endurance running but are very dangerous in a short distance, natural sprinters we are.

nice physique, we do look-alike a LOT

what kind of routine are you following?

currently im doing a drop set routine where i drop the weight after a set, doing legs/chest/back/shoulders on day 1/2/3/4 respectively, then i take a day off and restart from day 1... each day consists of a compound lift followed by accessories for isolation. I control the weight on squats so i don't squat a lot but i do around 455 lbs x 10 then drop set down to 405 x 10 then i bang out 315 for as many reps as i can, usually get between 15 and 20, or 25 on a good day... i know those numbers are not impressing but i don't train for strength even though i'm a part time sprinter, and have only been working out in a gym for 6 months so i'll get those up fairly quickly. Also since i'm natty it takes more time

this is a fake post...

Tommy isn't 5'5 and that's not his body at all. I always get snaps of him.

Also, he could never go back to being natty, liar.

yeah i do, but i think when i competed i like.. hit my goal
i stepped on stage, and i think that was a subconscience reason for why i always worked out was to eventually compete.

my current situation isn't groomed for it, so i mean for now i want to finish something else fitness related and set new goals and gain new strengths
