I start working out it's been 3 week ( I'm new I know lool)

I am around 5F9 and weight about 157lbs. I will try to put my progression

I have rotator cuff issues in my right shoulder so I'm always stretching. This is from a video I took so I could see imbalances. My right shoulder always seems out of whack (where RC issues are). I was able to get a snippet of where they looked equal during the stretch.

6'1, 200-205lbs, and I shaved my beard. This time next year I will stick to my shred plan. Lifting with someone who's big 3 total will be 1800lbs shortly.. makes it difficult to stay in a deficit and lose strength haha.

How've y'all been? What do you guys do for shoulder warmup/stretching? I have the most issues/discomfort on bench days. Stick to band warm up and high rep light weight work (95-135lbs for reps of 20) before going heavier.
