Just to be fair, he does play for an extremely good team atm! Literally a superior team.

But yeah, he's extremely good and promising, however i think it is important to keep his current position in mind

He makes the team far more superior though. If u take him out, they won't be as dominant. As a 19yr old to achieve this success is pretty damn sick. Best part is that it's his first year after being drafted and first time in shl. Alrdy beat Forsbergs +1yr. Also what's more impressive is that pettersson is putting up 1.29pts, with shl teams avg scoring at 2.7goals/gm, with 7 other players avg higher than pt per game. EP is leading shl in scoring as a kid, with 2nd being 8% less.
Nilsson that holds the overall shl record was at 1.5pts, with avg team scoring at 4.5goals per game. With 19 players above 1pt/gm and was 2nd in scoring. Just a food for thought

No question about his skill/scoring, but for next year hopefully he can get stronger and get used to more physical play in the AHL.

Markstrom is also a true tank goalie in the world. I dont see him as a NHL starter goalie, the only consistency he has is letting in 1 or 2 softies per game. His SO record in the amount of games he played reflects that too.

he seems like the elite 1C lolnucks desperately need, he just need to translate everything into NHL.
His weight & lolnucks pussy mentality not backing each other up, and the smaller rink is what worries me most.
However, it's so promising to see a kid dominating men's SHL league, beating sedins,naslund,backstrom,forsberg's (eventual superstars in NHL) all time records and on his way to beat the 1st record set in 70's of all time.

also fuckin stoked for gaudette. I hope he can become a solid 2 way NHLer, he seems wayyyyyyyyy more promising than kesler was in his prospect days.
