Thanks. That video "Miraculous" is only a progression video so it's gonna be be as good as the other. (i did some big things in there that toook me a year or so to overcome)

Nope. Only one of the guys in our group has a gymnastic bg but he' has a lot of mental blocks when it comes to doing things outside instead of the gym.
