i was thinking to get a high ed weapon to upgrade in cube later...

Not bad luck... but not good luck either !

While imbuing gives better chances to get a valuable rare item than mf (espacially an etheral rare), the odds remain tiny...

Well, actually classic boots may have up to 40 res, not 30. ;)

What pelt must i imbue and with what character lvl to get 2druid/10fhr/3nado/Usefull modd/30+life/2soked?

As soon as you want +3 to Tornado, use char level 94+ to imbue the pelt.
Any pelt can be used with the exact same ouput (so you are free to choose your style, base defense and strength requirement).
