why highlords on pvm pala? maras not better?
why not faith merc (then u reach maxspeed only with grief)?

This char doesnt need higher res - his res are already good enough. Active level25 conviction will negate any hostile conviction (including Uber-Mephisto) in pvm.
+2skills from Mara wont really increase his damages (exact same light damages once he has reach -150% conviction, slight more physical output through +Zeal).

On the other hand, Highlord provides a huge amount of Deadly Strike (chance to double damages).

And has +20% increase attack speed (ias).

To reach max Zeal speed with Phase blade, you will need 72%ias in regular situation :
20 (highlord) + 20 (gloves) + 32 (grief) and you're just fine.

Faith merc provides some useless attack rating ( level 25 Conviction pierce 92%defense, Grief pierce 25%defense), and adds +144%damages to party members at her max (level15 fanatism).

Act2 might + pride merc can afford +575%damages to party members (both level20 auras, more or less).

Hence my choice.

Actually, faith merc helps when you face a source of slow (Holy freeze, but mainly Decrepify).
This setup remains at 6 fpa (zeal) when decrepified, whereas you can hit 5 fpa with fanatism.

and why no gores/wts instead of sands?
why no thundergods/nosferatus/razor instead of dungo?

Ur auradins are crap.

To stack vs a good auradin you need to have +90 res and 1 sorb item
Otherwise ur dead

This Guide is only a line you can follow closely or not.
I posted my preference for Enigma Dreamdin.
Actually I play also a Fortitude Dreamdin, with Strings of Ears belt and Gores boots.

Both are fine, the first only has Teleport of course.

Thundergod is always a good pvm belt, but in this case you already have 85 (or 90 with fortitude) light res : +20 hard points into Light resistance gives a passive +10max lr bonus.

I feel not being concerned about %mf, so Wt boots can be examinated for +min/max damages. Gores, in this case, have my preference.

Nosferatu's belt is not needed for its 10%ias. Hence better choices here.

You can have the same benefit of Razor (+10max) with 1 GC (10max/ar/life), so I feel better with %dr-fhr (verdungo) or %dr-mdr-leech (Strings).

Skills (level 92):
20 Light mastery
20 Warmth
20 Fire mastery
20 enchant
20 telekinesis
1 teleport
level 93-95 : put in hydra ?
if you plan to reach level 96+, then you can put some hard points into es (3 required pre-skills).

is this meant to have perf soso stats after it :) ?

Fire mastery points aren't as useful imo, as most of your damage is from lightning ( enchant is good cos of the ar ).

Maybe its better to put 8 points to get 95 es ( would 1/2 the dmg taken to life )?
