If Negan's words are to be believed, then his group is good for humanity and he is a better leader and better person than Rick.

But, based on the information we have, we must consider the possibility that his stated philosophy is just an excuse for him to be a polygamist dictator with a free pass to commit all the brutality he wants.

Negan's words are just a way to justify the concept of 'might makes right', so if he and his are more powerfull, they have the right to enslave and ask tribute. Rick is in no way like that. He always agitated against those that lived by Negan's concept of might makes right.

If might made right, we had no need for any laws.

"Might makes right" isn't up for debate. It's a truth inherent to nature, like the Pythagorean Theorem. It simply describes how things actually work.

It may be up for debate as to whether might should or should not make right. But, until humans find a way to change their very nature, it does make right.

So I guess im the only one completely disappointed that this season will equal one day in real time. Leave it to the walking dead to do completely stupid shit like this especially when their show is dying.

Average episode I guess. I don't really have a problem with what was shown, I just feel like it was a relatively small amount of plot development for the screen time.

Seems like Rosita and Enid keep getting hotter as they got older. Not sure what to think about Carl making his own decisions. It wreaks of the old "Why is Carl not in the house?" gimmick that they reused for 3 seasons.



When they planned this season, the show wasn't dying. The ratings didn't really start to tank until after S8E1.

Morgan is leaving to be on Fear the Walking Dead 😭

Which makes no sense unless they're going to do a massive time jump for fear to have it catch up with the walking dead.
