chicken has about a 10:1 protein to fat ratio, tuna has about 40:1.

generally though if your looking for a turf protein, lamb is the best.

Well im eating oat meal for breakfest , bananna's alot, And for lunch dinner i eat a grilled or baked chicken sandwhich .. or baked chicken and brown rice.. But i dont think that gives me enough protein for the day. I think im supposed to take in around 250-300 grams a day.
