Well im eating oat meal for breakfest , bananna's alot, And for lunch dinner i eat a grilled or baked chicken sandwhich .. or baked chicken and brown rice.. But i dont think that gives me enough protein for the day. I think im supposed to take in around 250-300 grams a day.
bananas are like 200 calories each, how many are you eating? O_O
