in about 7 months I lost like 15kg and overall lost 23kg in 1 year
(6 months cardio to lose weight and from mid feb 2k14 started strength training 1 hour/day all dayevery day)

Work on your upper chest. Start doing decline bench/dumbbell presses. Also train the muscles between your shoulders so you have a better natural posture. Apart from that, congrats on your achievements so far carry on lifting.

thinking of getting one of these, cuz too lazy heh winter is coming (no got pun intended)
dunno how sturdy they are and i dont wanna damage my door frames and shit

i've seen some that fall off when people go to do pullups and i have seen some that do chip door frames

ye that's my same concern i did find something else tho
this looks really strong and I would have a nice spot to place it in
its about 40$ or so but i think this is definitely better and stronger
