i typically don't even wake up till 10-11 am
but from then till about 1 am I am good to play dota (on days I have off)
other wise i normally am good to play from 10-3 and then depending on what day it is I get off anywhere from 9-11

did my 1st leg day at the gym in long time and legs are like jelly atm feel like im going to fall over walking down the stairs :D

you lift weights or strictly focus on endurance? ( both is also a option :P )

lift weights just started 1.5 months ago need to add some mass to my skinny frame haha

nice ha I tried lifting weights for like 3 months but I didn't see enough results ( doing it 5 times a week 2 hours each time at a gym with my cuz)

just went 8-0-18 with lesh haha feels good bro! now it's taco time I deserve it!

After I used to do legs I was sore until Thursday.... (my leg day was Monday) I hate leg day!

I hate doing quads days :/ especially after a few weeks off it'd hurt for 5 days afterwards. shit sucks, yo.

i've been lifting with a mate for about a year now. added 7kg so far, and that's been with slack diet / slack schedule. Planning on going hulk-mode bulking in the upcoming holidays though >=D
