It was setting up the spinoff series. It wasn't stupid at all.

Had they placed the episode earlier in the season it would have of been fine, however, in the final five episodes of the season?

Obviously it wasn't exactly a needless filler, but I do have to side with James on it being stupid.

Ah I just did a search to understand wtf ya'll are talking about.
I wonder if the show will do good.
I know The Originals is doing ok, they came from Vampire Diaries. My sis watches these, I dont.
