i konw he didnt mean it literally, but im explaining it literally.
muscles cant be confused, muscles cant remember.

you dont need 90 days and 5 stages of different PLATEAU busting exercises to look as whats portrayed.

ya well this is all a shot at p90x

ive spooken with reuban? anyoen heard of the natural bodybuilder, he has his own site, and a bunch of youtube videos.
he explained it, that you dont need to shock your muscles, all they know how is to dilate and contract, and as long as they dont
come accustomed to either or then you'll always build mass as quick as possible.

Just an opinion your body evolves to what happens though... like running if you run the same thing every day you won't improve as much as if you have different work outs. Kind of like if you do the same type of math problems you dont really get smarter... you need more variety. Not saying your muscles will get way bigger or stronger cause this program is more to get you lean and healthier. I have done the Ab Ripper and X Stretch thats it along with Insanity Cardio Abs and I have found all 3 to be good. Although I am still in sports therefore I don't want to lose any weight.. just a thought. As well as when you have done a program for years you get more use to it its not as hard and also you no longer get as sore.
